Description
For boiled potatoes as a rough guideline: peel the potatoes and cut into evenly sized pieces, place in a saucepan with just enough cold water to cover the top of the potatoes (adding salt if desired), cover with a lid, put on the hob and bring to the boil and simmer for 25 minutes (or until tender), then drain and serve.
