Rosemary is a popular herb that is perennial and native to the Mediterranean. It is actually a member of the mint family though you wouldn’t know that to look at it. It is commonly used in natural healing practices. Rosmarinic oil and other active ingredients in this herb can be very helpful as a Memory Booster. It is said to improve memory and help to increase intelligence and focus. Something I think we would all like more of. Ironic, isn’t it, that the taste and aroma of rosemary, often used for improving memory, is unforgettable?

To use pull the leaves from the stem and chop or toss in the whole stem to add flavour and remove after cooking.


Rosemary is great to add some aromatic flavour to a roast lamb joint!   To use just pop the whole herb into your dish during cooking. Use whole sprigs or strip leaves from stalks and finely chop as required.
