So here we have our own ready to cook Mixed Veg, a timesaver for a healthy home cooked meal without all the faff. Often it is the time we take to peel and chop that just puts us off cooking for ourselves. 3 super ready veg in one pack. Use them separately or steam all together.

The following recipe is Low Carb and Gluten Free.



  • 1 pkt Mixed Veg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces, or more to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Steam the vegetables until very tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer only the cauliflower to a bowl, mash, and strain any excess water.
  3. Mix mashed cauliflower, broccoli and carrot, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a 9-inch baking dish; top with butter.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling, 30 to 45 minutes.


A selection of fresh vegetables sourced locally when possible, already carefully chosen and prepared to make your meal preparation a bit simpler to prepare a fresh healthy meal.  You will get a selection of fresh broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, hygienically prepared in a handy sized pack. Simply wash prior to cooking however you prefer.
