Potato And Leek Soup

We take the finest fresh local potatoes and leeks and carefully prepare them in store in a handy bag, to make soup preparation as easy as possible.  Labels of instructions are on each bag for your convenience.


Simply fry the contents in 4 tablespoons of butter, Add approximately 850mls (1 1/2 pints) of chicken stock and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.  Add about 470mls (2 cups) of milk then choose whether or not to liquidise!  Then all that’s left to do is tuck in!
