Passions fruit is a sweet and tropical fruit available most of the year. Its sweet and tangy flavour is popular in desserts. drinks and cocktails. Its usually best eaten when the outer brown skin has a little give and is wrinkled. This signifies the fruit is ripe, sweet and ready to eat.
