Chestnut mushrooms are served raw or cooked. They are very versatile and can be included in salads, pasta dishes, sauces, quiches, casseroles, soups and omelettes. Chestnut mushrooms can be sautéed, grilled, stir-fried, roasted. Naturally high in copper and vitamin B5.
