Description
Three in a pack available in brown or white. Typically, this mushroom is quickly cooked making it a popular addition to a healthy cooked breakfast. Can be sautéed, added in when poaching an egg or added on a grill plate (avoid moving them too much when cooking- this releases the mushroom’s natural juices and can make them soggy).
A typical 100g portion provides 0.5g protein, 0.1g carbohydrates, and 0.3g fibre and only 8 kcal per 100g portion.
